Fuse rating for Washlet

Im fitting on of those electric washlet type toilet seats and am not sure about the fuse rating required for it....

Its a duravit seat like this

Theres an FCU available to supply power to the unit, just not sure what fuse rating needs to go in the fcu.

Heres a pic of the fitting instructions.

Where it lists, circuit breaker at 16a.... is that referring to the fuse that needs to be fitted?

I thought that nothing was supposed to exceed 13a for domestic use

Any advice appreciated

16 amp is a standard socket supply in Europe. 16 amp fuses are not standard for our FCUs. The fuse is to protect the cable not the thing on the end of it. Use a 13 amp.
 
Not necessarily.

Type C outlets can be fed from a 10A MCB and the type C plug is rated at 2.5A.
