OP might want to check - If the house is older than mid 70s it might have imperial boxes and not metric.
But then the back box may have been fitted later.
We have had 5 houses, 2 have had imperial and three metric, I have some of each in the garage.

I had a look on eBay and the m3.5 type seem to look the same.
