Fused Spur Location?

What is the minimum distance you can put a fused spur feed to serve a dual heat towel rail in an e-s or bathroom.

The room available is quite tight, there is a new walk in type shower with a full height glazed panel at one end, could it go the other end i.e. the oppostite end to where the shower head / taps are?

As you are probably aware, bathrooms and shower rooms are special locations. What can go where generally depends on which zone it falls in and the apparatus being suitable for that zone. Can you post a plan? I take it you are aware of part p?
