Gable end is it bad ?

Hi
I am looking to buy an old house and looked at the roof and at one end the roof seems to have sagged a bit and looks as if it might need quite a lots of work ?? Is it as bad as a whole roof off job or something simpler ??

I'd recommend getting a full building survey, structural appraisal, soil evaluation and geology report

You see, if the roof has just sagged at one end, that will be easy and cheap to fix. But if it's a case of the other end has risen, then that could be expensive

They are supposed to sag a bit to stop water spilling off the end.
