I have a gainsborough energy 2000x and the water no longer gets hot- it does get slightly warm, but then nothing else. I have contacted 2 plumbers- 1 didn't turn up
, and the other told me to buy a new unit and then he'd come back and fit it. Firstly I need to know which kw it is (9.5 or 10.8!) and then after making calls I've been told to try a spare part as the model has changed- eek. As you may guess I'm new to this kind of thing so if anyone has any advice it would be appreciated ie which part does it sound like needs replacing and how do I tell which model?!
