Gap between external gasket and glass

Hi everyone, I was hoping someone could offer some advice.

I've recently had the glass replaced in a uPVC window, and I've noticed there's now about a 1 mm gap between the external gasket and the glass. I can slide a credit card into the gap around most of the window.

The glazing bead also has a little bit of movement when pressed.
Is this considered normal after a glass replacement, or could it indicate that something needs adjusting? My main concern is whether too much rainwater could get behind the gasket.

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Is the gasket removable?
It can be replaced.
Gasket can shrink over time.
