Hi guys, I'm finishing off a house that I've bought. Some of the skirts have slight gabs behind them and I wondered if I should fill them or not? If so how and what would you use?

Cheers, Devs.

Thanks mate will do. Mask then caulk it is!

One more Q that you may be able to help with.. some of the frames have paint bleed on them. How can I remove this?

Many thanks.

Has the wood been varnished or oiled? Some of it looks bare, in which case sand off the paint, then oil/varnish, then fill the gaps.

If it has already been finished then perhaps best to gently scrape off the paint. Emulsion may even come off with some water and the rough side of a sponge.
