just after some pointers here. I have an existing 6x3 garage which is leaking under the creasing tile and also along the abutting wall (cement fillet)
The roof otherwise is in good condition and is stable
my plan is to
remove squirty foam
Replace with cement fillet
Renew cement fillet on the abutting wall
Brush off moss
Cover the entire roof including the cement fillets with something like a waterproof coating, ie blackjack or acrypol or something similar
does this sound like a half decent plan?
Is there anything that could be applied to the moss to make it come off easy? Whilst it’s not difficult to remove when dry I don’t want to agitate fibres
thanks
