Garage conversion

Anyone any ideas how much a garage conversion will cost its attacehd to the dinning room and under the second bedroom all block built on 3 year old hse, electric already in the garage. How much to put a door through to it from dinning room and replace garage door with briockwork & window and plaster the inside, floor etc?
