garage door problem

hi everyone. my garage door is stuck. i can force it open but it's difficult and probably not doing it any good. I think one of my springs has gone, but i don't know what they should look like. here are some pics of the left and right springs. can someone help confirm if one, or both, are broken? thanks in advance

There appears to be a difference in the extension of each spring, not really sure as I flip between the images?

The right hand spring appears less extended than the other?

Suggest you have a look at what the springs are attaching to at their lower ends?

Could you get the door lifted and take some good clear photos of the lifting mechanism on both sides of the door?

Any idea what manufacture it is?
