Garage floor screed and heating

Hi, I have a concrete garage floor I would like to install electric underfloor heating on top of. I built the garage so it's a 6 inch slab dpm and rebar.
Does anybody have any ideas how I could screed the electric mats on top of the slab. I'm worried that normal screed would be too soft for jacking the car up etc.
