Garage Walls Insulation - Will this work?

I am putting up some stud walls in my garage and am just trying to decide what to use for insulation. It is only for a work / hobby area so does not need to be particularly warm. I have seen the below and like the sound (no pun intended) of the acoustic insulation. Would this offer ANY thermal isulation at all? Or would I need somethig else in addition? Thanks.

Earthwool is thermal, but is basically rockwool which can be found for less money for the same performance.
