hi all, have an existing breeze block wall around my garden between myself and neighbours ,i wish to build a large brick shed in the corner of garden using the existing walls as part of build to save money ..anyone see any problems with this..any issues with foundations or anything concerned that foundations of existing walls might not be deep enough for putting more blocks on with roof ect

Either way, I think it's subject to Dutch building regs and planning law.

If the foundations are at least 600mm deep, and on good ground with no nearby large or juvenile trees or shrubs then the foundations might be OK.

There are Party Wall issues regarding building on shared walls on boundaries
