Garden Office

OK, gone in a few circles with this but landed on building my own garden office. I work from home full time so it needs to be warm all year round.

Going to have one window, one glazed door, sky light and another composite door (need to access from both sides).

I am planning on using 150mm kingspan insulation in the floor, walls and ceiling. Is that too much / overkill ?

Second question, I am looking for a no maintenance, cheap cladding option. I am looking at a black bitumen corrugated sheet. Does anyone know if this can be purchased 'flat' ?

Consider Marley Cedral Weatherboard, cheaper than upvc last time I checked.
