Garden Power

I want to power some low voltage lights and a water feature in garden via shed - I was thinking of plugging an extension lead into a RCB adapter into a spare socket I have in conservatory and leading this underground via conduit and protected by slabs to my shed.

Would a temporary arrangement like this be safe? or should I get an electrician in to wire properly.
