Garden Sauna Electrical Supply

My son plans to build a garden sauna cabin at the foot of his garden. The heater rating is 9kw! The distance from the household consumer unit is approx 50m.
If any of you beautiful sparky people out there could answer the following questions re the electricity supply, I'd be mighty grateful!

1. Is it possible?
2. What's it likely to entail?
3. What's it likely to cost, if the trenches are already dug out?
4. Are the rumours about electric saunas constantly tripping out the supply actually true?
5. Is the electrical work 'notifiable'?

3. Unknown without visiting site but budget for £600 but could be higher if the installation needs additional and essential work
4. Not if designed and installed properly
5. Yes if he is in England or wales
