cr*p they restrict the flow to much and the fitting for the mains connection to the mains water pipe are cheap rubbish.
OK is all they are, they do the job but often don't comply with water regs, will give you a very poor flow and leave a disc of copper floating around your pipework where they cut into it. They sometimes have a tendency to leak after a while as well. Much better to plumb it in properly.
