I am planning a 10M * 3.5M workshop in my garden. I have read lots of posts on here and there but I would prefer to have a detailed design done for the building.

What type of building professional should I look for, to create a detailed design?

I am in the West Midlands.

Workshop? Is that a big shed with a window and door?

Architectural Technician, Building Surveyor, anyone with knowledge of planning and building regulations and a CAD programme.
