Gardtec 370 Control Panel

I know this is an old system and I should really think about replacing. I may well do but would like to ask if the control panel PCB is beyond economic repair now.
System is now totally out of service and has been since last year when on a Sunday morning it decided to set the alarm off and the rkp had no power so unable to isolate the alarm. I was able to silence the bell/siren. Have started to troubleshoot now I am working from home. So on the control panel all glass envelope fuses (2) are good. I have 240v and 20v from the transformer. I do not have 12v at the AUX 12v terminals!

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Do you have 12 volts on battery leads without battery connected ?

Did you remove the fuses to test them ?

@Handymanjo: With battery leads disconnected from battery still no 12v present also checked at pcb terminals.
@sparkymarka: Yes, I removed both fuses and tested with avo
