Gas Fire with BBU flueing question

Hi guys, wonder if you can give a gas trainee a little help. Trying to learn my way around fires at the moment, and had a question today I'm not sure whether I know the answer to or not, although I have an idea...

If a gas fire and BBU is installed in a chimney previously used for a gas fire, what is the minimum distance above the chimney sealing plate that the flue spigot must project? The chimney is lined with socketed clay flue liners.

Any ideas??? Let me know your thoughts and I'll see if what I thought was correct. Cheers
