Is that 6.7kw gross or net and have you gas rated to gross or to net.
For example 7.1kw gross is 6.4kw net.

Otherwise i'd agree that prob a worn injector

I think that's for working pressure at the meter not gas rating an individual appliance. If you had another appliance working you would have no idea of how much gas the appliance that you are checking is using.
