Gas meter readings, and converting units

Morning all,

I think i already know the answer, but I need it confirming....

One meter reads in cubic metres of gas used.
Second meter reads in cubic feet of gas used.


There is no direct way of converting the second meter's reading into cubic metres, I'm guessing?
I'm guessing that i would need some further information that is specific to each measurement i.e. from the relevant bill for each meter, for each month / quarter?

Does it not show you on the back of your bill how they work out your bill.?..Price per unit of gas.etc .
 
I don't have the bills, only the usage figures.
Trying to compare usage rates across regional offices.
