What's the general opinion, reliability and servicability wise on the WB Greenstar 24i Junior?

Just had one fitted, seems very nice.

I fit them all the time.

Have a High opinion of them.

Good build. Decent size with access to parts and such. Burners a bit faffy but you will probably never need to remove it.

Controls nice and simple.

Quiet and seems reliable, 2 year warrenty

Nice one, seems to be very good, and like you say, it is very quiet.

Just wondered reliability wise, what are they like compared with other brands?

Your in the right place with Worcester.

Top of the middle tier or bottom of the top tier if you get my drift

Great, you hear about all these dodgy boilers people get, that barely work, and spend more time out of order than working!

We had BG fit the entire system, and to be honest, they did an absolutely brilliant job, you pay for it though..

bg generally do good installs if its direct labour.

if its one of their contractors i find the quality somewhat lacking.

No, these were genuine BG engineers, the electrician was a contractor though.

Still, nearly £4k for a 2 bed bungalow, it should be good....

not a bad price for that (including VAT i guess)

we only fit WB too

lovely (so far)

except the non condensing juniors are starting to break down alot

as a BG engineer only fault i get with them is the wireless controls  forever changing them

We don't have the wireless one, our boiler has been fitted in the loft, and we have a BG branded timer and thermostat downstairs, no timer on the boiler itself.

Will you not have to get to the burner to service it? even if it is 3,4,5,6,7,.. 10 years time?
