Georgian bars - should they move?

As part of our home renovations our builders have installed new French doors with the Georgian bars set within the sealed glass. However, upon opening and closing the doors the bars move and wobble quite frantically - are they supposed to do this?

No , they should be secure , glazing will need to be replaced .
