Don't forget, send your Ts & Cs with every communication not just the quote or contract. Legally the last accepted terms and conditions are the ones that they take.

Hey guys. Our company mainly does commercial work but due to the economic crisis we've taken on a few domestic jobs which have caused untold headaches. I could really use some general t's and c's for the domestic work as the commercial jobs have their own individual ones depending on the client/work involved.
