Well if he is claiming illegally then thats a different situation to merely "living off the state" ... do your bit and call up the benefit cheat hotline and get it investigated if you feel something is wrong.
TBH, on my travels, I see brand new expensive cars (better than mine!) parked outside properties where I know the occupier/tenant does not do a days work and is on one benefit or another, but what can one do? Is it my job to go around reporting everyone? If I can do it, why can't someone from the DHSS or IR spend some time out and do it - presumably it will rake in or save us all much more than it would cost to do.
