we are renovating our kitchen.

We have to have a flyover with a rectangular duct for extractor fAn.

We will be having a glass splashback supplied and fitted . And we are having the glass up to the flyover panel and behind extractor fan.

what should I do, get electrition to fit it and remove it? And the glass splashback fitters can see where holes are?

What's the general order here?

Do you mean that you're having a custom made glass splashback?

If you're having a custom made splashback then it's usual to set out where fittings/holes etc will be, the supplier with then make a template, return with the glass panel and fix, you would then fit the other items. If you're expecting splashback fitters to attend with a glass panel and drill/cut on site then that would not be possible as the splashback is usually tempered glass which cannot be cut and drilled.
