Gledhill Systemate No Hot Water

Can anyone help? I have a Gledhill Systemate and the hot water has just stopped. I have had a gradual decrease in hot water before (hard water area) and the heat exchanger had to be replaced but suddenly there is no hot water at all. No obvious faults or problems, any ideas? Will I need to call in some help...

If thats as far as you can go with diagnosing the fault then it sounds as if you will have to call a competent person to deal with it for you.

I would want to know the result of a thermal survey!

Is there an error code on the display?
Thermistors are usually the biggest problem with these. Occasionally theres' a faulty pump

Thanks for your help, it was a pump that I was suspecting. Hot water has now resumed though so not sure what the problem was now...
