Glow warm micron 50ff.... no power

Hi... hoping someone can help me....

We have just had smart meters fitted to our home....obviously he had to kill the power to do this... the problem now is now my boiler dosent seem to be working.....There dosent seem to be any power to it, i.e the 2 green lights at the front are both out!
Does anyone have any idea of how to fix this problem??

sorted it now... went upstairs to where the copper tanks is, there is a switch there which i flicked on and off and now started back up..
