Glow Worm 12hxi boiler

Good Morning

I moved into a new flat yesterday and the boiler keeps giving me a series of fault codes, but unfortunatly i do not have a user manual and cant find one on the net without buying it!

So far i have seen F14, F24 and F10, does anybody know what they mean and how i get rid of them?

You likely have a primary thermistor fault. Check the pump is running too though.

If this is really a NEW flat then the builder/developer should have left the boiler manual, officially by the gas meter!

The fault you have is caused by poor or no circulation. As its a new build I would expect it to be on a sealed system. Have a look in the airing cupboard you might have a big red vessel, near this you may have a pressure gauge? this should display a pressure of about 1-1.5bar, if its less than 0.5 than this is probably your problem and you'll need to fill it up using a filling loop. There are a million posts on this site on locating, identifying and using filling loops to fill systems so this bit should be easy
