Glow-worm 30cxi

Can anyone on here confirm whether a Glow-Worm 30 cxi (circa 2001) would be a condensing combi boiler or non condensing boiler?

Only asking as it was recently serviced by Connaught before they went t**s up and has today been inspected again by yet another company. I have reason to believe that the second company are trying it on again with the council.
Can someone also tell me what figures would be acceptable for the FGA test. both HW and CH?
