Thanks for your help though. :)

f26 means maximum delta temp rise.check thermistor on return system-to restrictive.

In this weather a blocked/frozen condensate pipe is often an odds on bet.
Is the pressure 1 - 1.5 bar
What exactly happens when you reset it and try to restart the boiler?

When the boiler is restarted it attempts to start up again, and looks fine for a short while, and keeps trying to fire up. Then soon enough the error message appears..... is that enough info?

when you say looks fine for a while.what do you mean it fires up for a while then goes to lock out.ps the fault code given would sugest a flow issue.eg flow and return thermistors going out of the given range.this could be caused by neumerous things.eg pump failiure.

Frozen pipe perhaps?
I have changed a thermistor on one of these before so wont rule it out just that my instinct is saying its weather related.
Is the boiler in a garage or loft?

Hi Holty & Slugbabydotcom

Thanks for you help.

The pump has now been replaced, but we are still are in the dark (including the guy fixing the boiler!)

The boiler is in the house. And there do not appear to be any frozen pipes. Apparently, the thermoistar is fine.
