Glow worm Betacom 24c boiler lost pressure - help!

Hi

My boiler has lost pressure and I have no idea what to do as my husbands abroad. I've read on the internet that I need to open a filling loop but I;m not sure what this looks like, another said to turn a blue knob. Please help!! Thanks



Last time this happened, my husband sorted it out straightaway!
