its a "global fault" which means it could be anything 
Firstly make sure there's enough pressure in there. then ,assuming it comes up as soon as you turn the boiler on with no demand, start unplugging things one by one, pressure switch, pump, fan and so on until the fault goes away and then yee have found ur fault
