Hi,
I have a glow worm gp 40 back boiler, does anyone know how old these are am guessing about 1980,is it worth switching to a combi to cut down on bills or should i just let it go on and on?

switching would save you money , but you will only gain once the cost of the swap has been recouped in gas savings.possibly 10 to 15 years

Try 1970 /71 ,
Yes change it these are a big lump of iron and cost a fortune to run, and when they do leak they just split and flood the place no slight drip with them . Not seen one working for around 15 years.
