Glow-worm swiftflow 75/80 - Help!

The certificate only shows its safe! ( Its safe when its not working too ).

That design gives heating at about 80 C which is a bit hot.

It gives hot water at about 50 C which is also a bit hot.

There are no external adjustments !

Its a simple and cheap boiler!

I'm having trouble firing up my boiler, I'm pressing in the knob when it's in the spark position, and clicking in the button, but the pilot light won't come on and I can't even see a spark. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a certain technique to get it fired?
