Glow worm Ultracom 30 cxi

Hi, had my boiler serviced recently, but since then I keep getting an F1 ignition fault.
This just seems to have affected the hot water system.
Strange as when I reset and put the heating on, everything works fine, including the hot water
What could cause this?

I do plan on getting the engineer back out.

F1 on that boiler has a smattering of potential reasons, so best just waiting for your engineer.
