I'll give you the benefit of the doubt on this possible skank posting. What do you need the password for? It is not after sales but allows access to parameters of the boiler that an end user should not be playing with.

So, what is it exactly you are trying to do? Prove this is a seriuos request and I'll try and help.

I purchased a boiler. As the owner of the product I am entitled to have full use of it including access to the menus. Of course I understand that there are those who have a financial interest in withholding this information.

As far as interfering with settings that I do not understand - first of all I am not stupid and secondly what has it got to do with you?

The reason a lot of the setting parameters are locked form the end user is that if altered some of the settings can cause the appliance to become potentially Very Dangerous especially the pre-mix fully modulating type boilers common to-day therefore the "sensitve" settings are password protected and righty so
P.S. There are some commercial/Industrial boilers out there that even Qualified Engineers cannot access, these settings can only be accessed by the Factory representetive!!

I have better things to do than waste my own or anyone elses time and the password is not contained in the manual.

If you look at the bottom of this page you will see a link called "Glow Worm Ultracom - second diagnostic level password." I only noticed it after I had made a couple of posts.

As I said I have better things to do so this is my last post on the subject.
