Back in August i had a ultracom hxi fitted and commissioned, duly registered on line for the guarantee but have never recieved any thing back i have phoned a couple of times and have been assured that we are covered.Is this normal or should i expect some certification about the guarantee.
 
thats normal, you don't need a warranty certificate. The installer should notify the boiler with corgi who will then post you a certificate. :wink:

Many thanks. Have not recieved any thing from corgi yet are they slow on the uptake?

Yes they are a bit slow, but not normally that slow. Sounds to me like it's either lost in the post or hasn't been notified. Call Corgi and ask for a replacement, see what happens.
