Have one of these with a leak that I'm struggling to find the origin of. The leak seems to come from the left hand side behind the hx and burner. I suspect it's condensate but can't see how this runs away and where it would be split / damaged / corroded. Is it actually a part of the secondary heat exchanger unit?

Have you tried pouring water onto the collection tray on the secondary heat exchanger ? This is part of servicing procedure on these boilers anyway.
It might help to establish if its condense water or the heat exchanger leaking. It can be tricky on these as leaks always seem to run unhelpfully down the sides
