glowworm betacom24

May be i am asking a silly question but a neighbour of mine has a glowworm betacom 24 combination boiler and their hot water is running hot and cold (temperture keeps dropping slightly) it is a teraced house with a downstairs bathroom on the back of the house next to the kitchen, the boiler is mounted next to the bathroom approx 3 meters from the bath taps they say the water in the bathroom is running cold but in the kitchen it is quite warm i have not looked at the boiler yet but could this be down to the pressure in the boiler (does it need topping up).
I would have thought if it was resonably hot in the kitchen it would be the same in the bathroom can't get my head round this any sugestions welcome

it will lose some heat in travling between the boiler and the bathroom

Thanks for getting back to me the hw comes from the boiler to the bathroom and then on to the kitchen the hw is resonably hot in the kitchen
