Hi,
Im just moving into my first house so i think i will be spending loads off time on this forum :D.

Well im on the lookout for a good oven for £250. Its a small budget as the misses wants a bigger fridge as we have a baby on the way.
Ideally it would be silver to go with the other appliances we have.

Thanks for all the help

Have you considered buying a 2nd hand one?
Either from a dealer or the local newspaper.
If you buy a new cheap one you may regret it a bit later, where as a 2nd hand one after a couple of years perhaps you wont mind dumping it.

The first thing you should do is right down what you require, ie gas/electric, fan assist, no of rings/plates, with timer...etc

Not sure what type you are after but

Trade Depot are doing a package which includes an Electric Single Fan oven (integrated type) and a gas hob for £195+VAT (approx £230 inc VAT)

It's an Indesit and comes in Stainless Steel.

I've just had one - seems very good so far (1 month old)

They also did it with an Electric Hob but I think they just upped the price a little on that.

Just looked it up - http://www.trade-depot.com - page 47 of the online catalogue - it still shows the electric as being the same price as the gas
