I suppose I must have but I don’t know how to un sync them. Don’t really need my iCloud Photos stored on Google as well but I do need my email address.

Still can’t delete photos from Google without them also deleting from iCloud. Had a message yesterday saying that as I’d cancelled my 100Gb storage upgrade, my gmail account will cease working as I am over the 15Gb free storage limit (I'm at 18Gb). I just renewed it for another year.
