There's a difference. in UK medical attention is free at the point of delivery, then they'll try to recoup any costs if it's applicable.
In USA you have to prove you have the finance to cover the medical attention before receiving it.

They don't need to pass. It's an indication of how hard the test is nothing more.

You need a job offer for a visa to work in Pakistan.
So please explain to the forum how any British person can get a work visa for Pakistan, bearing in mind that political campaigning would be classed as working.

But the other questions are really easy.
