Hi, I've recently bought a Grant Vortex Pro internal combi boiler. While moving the thing into the house the side panel and back ended up badly dented, so the back won't slide off. Does anyone know if spares are available for these, I can't see anything online for replacement case panels.

Contact Grant.

What do you mean about the back sliding off ??

The only way to remove the back is to slide it upwards through the channels in the side panels. It relies on a nice, straight travel with no dents. Some chance of that with me around.

I can remove the side and back together so it's no big problem, but I was surprised there's no mention of casing panels in their spares lists. As you say, I'll contact them direct.

I have never removed the back panel. Normally just remove screws and ease panels apart to re route condense pipe.
