There are a couple of flower beds that I want to grass over. So far I have dug out all the existing plants and raked over a few times. I moved here not so long ago so not sure what else is lurking beneath!
It has been a pile of soil for a month as I wanted to see if anything is likely to sprout... which there has been a few but not certain if these were plants or weeds!
I would like to plant in some grass seeds and was wondering if there is any soil preparation I need to do before hand?
Also, considering the grass area is only very small, is it easier to re-turf... if so, are there any videos online on how to prepare the ground below as the ground is slanted....
