grease gun sizes???

Im looking to buy a new grease gun, ideally one that takes standard cartridges.
So, the question I have is alot of the guns seem to be 200cc .
Is 200CC a standard cartridge? grease carts all seem to be sold as 400gm, which is unhelpful here.

I'm pretty sure grease has a density of about 800g/L
so a std. 400g cartridge would be 500cc
