Greenish bricks, how do I treat?

There was a shed hard against this wall for a few years (not me who did it). The line of green is where the roof of shed pressed against house, so water was being held against side of house when it rained. You can see the pushed over shed on the left.





This is the same place only lower down.

Just how serious is this issue and how do I treat?

You can also get some moss killer and apply that after cleaning with a powerwasher or in lieu of a powerwasher, to prevent regrowth.
 
Never mind the green line - Look @ the sky box fitters usual calling card in the bottom picture :eek: :rolleyes: :rolleyes: FFS- clowns in Hi-Vis and safety harnesses :cry:

Jeyes fluid and a stiff brush = they sell a specific path and patio cleaner that will kill algae. it won't return if the shady damp micro climate caused by the shed is gone for good.
