Greenland Vs NATO

We need to separate out Trump pre-Presidency and since he first became President.

Before he was President, Trump was a clownish figure amongst real businessmen, known for making terrible deals. He had bankrupted almost every business he had ever set up and his remaining projects were haemorrhaging money. The only thing keeping him afloat was his stint on reality TV, playing a fantasy version of a successful businessman.

Since becoming President, he has very successfully leveraged his status to become very rich. Mainly by selling tat to MAGAs.
Very astute. I gave him the idea of the hats and he ran with it.

Maybe why his bid for Greenland wasn’t acceptable. They wanted cash up front.

Easy to get rich when you start off rich already.
Trump was handed millions by his family.
The old saying that the first million is the hardest to make doesn't apply in Trumps case, if you start off with millions then you would have to be really dumb not to make more money.
I think Trump has a touch of Robert Maxwell about him.
Maxwell lived a millionaire lifestyle, yet his liabilities were always greater than his assets, robbing Peter to pay Paul was Maxwells financial philosophy.
When he finally topped himself, it turned out he was skint and didn't even own the mansion he lived in.

I'll mark that down as a 'win'. (y)
I didn't see the press and news agencies used the word 'win' rather U-turn and TACO, seemed to feature a lot, regards the honest ones. Weak, stupid disastrous and erratic, in the more biased ones.

Win my arris.

He deserves it. He has offered 1 million dollars to everyone who votes for him to take it over. My vote is in the post with my address and bank account details.
Make sure you get the cash up front.

In 1997, during an event where he served as "principal for a day" at an elementary school in the Bronx, Donald Trump showed a fake million-dollar bill to the school's chess team which was holding a bake sale to raise money for a tournament. The team needed $5,000 for their travel expenses.
After displaying the fake currency, Trump ultimately donated only $200 to the team before leaving.
