Saw a new product from Grundfos which allows you to control your pumps via your iPhone and iPad. Looks interesting - anyone have any more info?

It says on the Grunfos site that the pumps can be used with the following pumps:
MAGNA
SEG (AUTOADAPT)
UPE, UPS
CRE, CRIE, CRNE
MTRE
SPKE
CRKE
TPE, TPED
NKE, NBE
Hydro Multi-E
CME
I think the app is more to monitor the performance of the pump, history, repairs ect.

Nah, not for me, what's the point?
What next, a app for motorised valves, app for boilers etc.....more expensive
Keep it simple, fit a nice standard pump and forget it.

apps for boilers already exist, and as a spin off for the engineer the emailing of fault codes with in minutes of a failure is provided
